           click on graduation year or division that the player is playing in

           Select the team on which you are participating

           Complete the required fields and submit your waiver

2015 Team plays on June 29th from  4:30 pm to 8:30 pm

2013 and 2014 Teams play on June 30th from    4:30 pm to 8:30 pm
